Komodo helps users develop fluency and confidence in maths – without keeping them at the screen for long. This is something you would need to take up with Amazon. Unfortunately, there isnt anything that can be done to get Google apps on your Amazon device. Amazon isnt currently very supportive of Google products and apps. Designed for 5 to 11 year olds to use in the home, Komodo uses a little and often approach to learning maths (15 minutes, three to five times per week) that fits into the busy family routine. The Kindle Fire is an Amazon product, not a Google device. Ps) Komodo works great on all ipads and android tablets too!Ībout Komodo – Komodo is a fun and effective way to boost primary maths skills. Ours is the Fire 7" Display, 8 GB, Wifi - the cheapest one they have! If you're looking for an ipad alternative or simply an extra tablet for a second child give it some thought. When I use the Kindle for PC app, there is an IMPORT COLLECTIONS option, but it prompts me to choose between two older devices instead of my current android devices.

To install it simply click on the Kindle's "App Store" icon, search "komodo" and install. But when I install the Kindle for PC app for my Windows desktop, it does not let me import the organized collections from the Kindle app for android. Of course the first thing we did was check out the Komodo maths Kindle Fire app, and as we expected it works like a dream.

and here's the amazing bit it costs less than £50 - which is why we thought parents should know! Today we received delivery of our new generation Amazon Kindle Fire tablet and it's a cracker - well built, nice screen, great sound.
